Currency
Unless otherwise stated all prices for tours and services are in US dollars.

Cancellations
Cancellations must be made in writing. The date Experience Galapagos receives the letter or email will determine the cancellation charges applicable.

- Cancellations made 60-31 days before departure result in a loss of 50% of the tour cost.
- Cancellations made 30 days before departure result in a loss of 100% of the tour cost.

Booking Form
To be confirmed on an Experience Galapagos tour, payment must be received, and the Booking Form details must be completed. Additionally, all travelers must agree to our Booking Terms and Conditions below.

Terms & Conditions
